MY LIFE & DREAMS WERE CONSTANTLY AT WAR WITH MY MIND & BODY.

NO MATTER WHAT I TRIED, I JUST COULDN’T GET IT RIGHT.

When you go to the doctor, if you’re not brushed off with “everything looks normal” or “you’re fine,” the advice is usually some variation of: eat well, exercise, sleep, and manage your stress.

And this, my friends, is laughable—because those are often the very things that become hardest when your body isn’t cooperating.

Meanwhile, the experts are everywhere, each claiming to have the answer. AIP? Keto? Vegan? Beans all day, every day? HIIT? Yoga? CrossFit? Just walk more? And don't even get me started on hormones, stress, and sleep.

These things matter. But sorting through contradictory advice while trying to manage an unpredictable body can become a full-time job in itself.

I spent years running a coaching business, confident in my skills but walking on eggshells with my health. One wrong move could trigger a pain or fatigue flare, derail my plans, and leave me feeling incapable of living up to my own potential.

SO I QUIT MY BUSINESS.

I realized that trying harder wasn't the answer. I needed to roll up my sleeves, look at the bigger picture, and figure out why my body kept fighting me at every turn.

Chronic fatigue, terrible sleep, immune flare-ups, body aches, migraines, debilitating brain fog, and erratic emotions had become my norm—often all at once, for days or weeks at a time.

I began to see that getting stronger wasn't simply about doing more. It was about understanding what my body could handle, building from there, and adapting as my needs changed.

That shift changed how I approached my health—and ultimately, how I coach.

AND I CAME BACK FOR YOU.

For years, I've worked with capable, thoughtful, visionary women who are deeply invested in a purpose bigger than themselves—but find their health, energy, or circumstances getting in the way.

When you've tried everything you know and still aren't making progress, shame creeps in. You question your discipline, your motivation, even your strength of character. You start wondering if you're lazy, broken, or simply not cut out for the life you want.

But what if the problem isn't your effort? What if the strategies you're using simply aren't designed for your body, your circumstances, or the season of life you're in?

You don't need to push harder. You need a smarter, more sustainable way to build strength and capacity.

THAT'S WHERE I COME IN.

I'm a holistic strength strategist with certifications in Pilates, personal training, nutritional therapy, and complex trauma recovery.

My approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. As a purpose-driven entrepreneur navigating complex health challenges myself, I understand what it's like to have a visionary mind and a body that doesn't always cooperate.

I've brought these experiences and disciplines together in the Steadfast Method: a whole-body approach to building strength, stability, and capacity that adapts to your needs and supports the life you want to live.

Because the goal isn't simply to get through the day. It's to build the capacity to live your calling with power and peace.
